Manual Lymphatic Drainage

If this is your first Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment with Marla, please select Initial Consultation (90mins).

Currently not treating compromised lymphatic systems at this time (Lymphedema, lymph-node damage/removal). Swelling due to heart failure, bacterial infections, malignant tumors, acute thrombosis, and acute phlebitis are contraindicated for MLD.

Ayurvedic Massage Therapy Champissage
(Indian Head Massage)

A deeply relaxing upper-body massage focusing on the back, shoulders, arms, neck, face, and scalp. This treatment blends traditional Ayurvedic techniques with Swedish and remedial massage to relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote overall relaxation. Applied to only the upper body, it is a combination of vigorous, fast-paced energetic movements, along side the duality of slow but deliberate patterns spread out from the back, shoulders, arms, neck, and to the face and scalp.

The massage is mostly silent to encourage deep rest and nervous system calm. Scalp oil and essential oils are optional.

Scalp Oil: Carrier Oils coconut & sesame seed combined with Essential Oils Rosemary, mint, lentisco, thyme, cedar & tee tree

Massage Oil: Holly Carrier oil combined with choice of seasonal essential oils, mint or scent free.

A luxurious and therapeutic experience for both body and mind.

Hello, my name is Rayna I have been a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2016. Working with people has always been a huge passion of mine. Massage Therapy has invaluable benefits for your overall health with either therapeutic or relaxation treatment. I find it very rewarding to support individuals on their recovery journey and improve their daily well-being with an alternative form of healing. Through my education I have been highly trained in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions and rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries. I focus knowledge and treatment to lower back, neck, and shoulder complaints. I have taken additional certified courses in Cupping Massage, Rib mobilization, Hotstone/salt stone Massage, and Indian Head Massage.
