This is a one hour silent massage, developed as a blend of Ayurvedic Head Massage and other complimentary, relaxing Swedish techniques with *essential oils. The treatment begins with a relaxing Swedish full body massage alternating with energetic tapotement. Various *essential oils are applied to feet and the spine. As the spinal column is heated, traditional Ayurvedic and basic Swedish techniques are applied to warm the tissues. Once the upper back is reached, traditional Ayurvedic techniques are used with varying pressures no the shoulders, arms, neck, head and face. The massage ends with a simple neck massage to promote lymph flow and optional application of hair oil (choice of plain baobab, coconut and jojoba or essential oil infused), and hair is wrapped in a hot towel to help the follicles open and absorb the moisturizing oils.
